Here, you will find another “centre of excellence” called Linden Cycles, surely the best little cycle shop in the whole damn country. Most South African businesses could learn heaps from Janine and her crew in terms of client service. The shop is always bustling with cyclists (a testimony to the quality of their service), but yet they always have time to answer the myriad of dumb questions that this inexperienced mountain biker has as he prepares for the big race.
I can’t thank them enough for their assistance in preparing for this crazy race.
